Originating from a farming, agricultural and haulage contracting background, Malcolm Harrison made a concerted decision in the autumn of 1975 to establish a commercial vehicles & plant trading company. This led to successfully developing firm relations with an extensive customer base, ranging from small family businesses to the most well-known haulage, distribution & plant businesses throughout the UK & International Markets.

Over 30 years of industry experience and a firmly established and expansive network has given us a wealth of knowledge in successfully identifying the requirements of our customers, whether selling or buying assets or businesses.

In 1998 due to the demands of industry, we further expanded our business to include "Malcolm Harrison Auctions" which to date has accumulated a total of 450 public auctions, 50% being transport and 50% plant related. Auctions have been awarded to us mainly due to retirement, change of direction & fleet renewal programmes. The success of Malcolm Harrison Auctions has been brought about by our extensive knowledge and understanding of the industry and the people within it.

Today, Malcolm Harrison remains a family business. Customer care and confidentiality is of utmost importance to us and this has led to the continued expansion of our personally run Auction business and our commercial vehicles & plant trading company.
